NetBase Terms of Service

Effective date: July 2, 2026

By using NetBase, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful purposes.

2. Your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app.

3. Backups and third-party services

Local XLSX export and import are user-controlled. Google Drive import and backup are optional premium features. If you enable Google Drive, Google's services and policies also apply. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important data and reviewing an XLSX workbook before importing it.

4. Premium purchase

Premium is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase for the current NetBase app, not as a recurring subscription. The app store's purchase, refund, and account rules apply.

5. Availability

The app is provided as-is and may change over time.
